Spaghetti with Pumpkin and Lentils

Ingredients:

  • 450 g organic spaghetti
  • 1 small Hokkaido squash
  • Rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 300 g cooked brown lentils
  • yeast flakes
  • salt
  • Pepper

Preparation Instructions:

1. Step Cut the pumpkin into cubes, toss it with olive oil and rosemary, and roast it at 200°C for about half an hour.Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in olive oil. Add the cooked brown lentils and season with salt and pepper.Cook the spaghetti “al dente” in salted water.Once all the components are ready, combine them in a pot.Add a little more olive oil, some yeast flakes, and season to taste. If desired, you can also add 1 dl of the water used to cook the pasta.You can serve it with olive oil, yeast flakes, or grated cheese. Enjoy your meal! 🍽Just a quick tip...
