This peach jam is made from Vipava peaches and contains no added sugar. Nevertheless, it has a pleasant, not-too-tart aroma, as the peaches are picked at their optimal ripeness. The fruit content in the jam is over 99%, so you can really taste the fruit and not just the sugar. Agar-agar, a plant-based gelling agent, is used, making the jam suitable for vegans as well.
