Product Description

The turmeric latte spice blend is the basis for making a drink called golden milk. It is a very tasty, fragrant, and healthy drink. Turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper are the spices in the blend, and their combination forms a formidable “team” in the fight against colds and in maintaining a strong immune system even during the coldest months! You can use the turmeric latte mix to make a hot drink, blend it into a smoothie, or simply mix it into a glass of water.

The properties of turmeric are well known in both Indian and Chinese traditional medicine, where it has been used effectively for millennia. The yellow-orange pigment in turmeric is called curcumin, and it is believed to be its main active ingredient.

A turmeric latte makes a wonderful holiday gift —the perfect winter drink. We recommend using MIMY milk, which foams up beautifully. For those with a sweet tooth, choose MIMY Oat; for those who prefer less sweet drinks, go for MIMY Almond.

Instructions

To make a warm drink, heat a cup of milk or plant-based beverage and add 1 teaspoon of the spice blend. For a creamier drink, you can also add a teaspoon of coconut oil. Mix everything together with a spoon, whisk, or hand blender. Mixing more vigorously will create a delicate foam, which will make the drink even more enjoyable.

To achieve a nice creamy texture, use a blender or frother. For a true latte, froth a small amount of your choice of beverage separately and top the turmeric drink with the froth.
