Gabaroni Organic Spelt Lasagnais made from 100% organic whole-grain spelt flour of Slovenian origin and contains no eggs, making it suitable for vegans as well. It is characterized by a slightly nutty flavor and a firm texture, making it an excellent choice for preparing a variety of healthy dishes—from classic to vegetable-based or plant-based lasagna.

Thanks to its whole-grain composition, the lasagna retains a pleasant firmness and full flavor during cooking, giving it a unique texture that pairs beautifully with various fillings. We recommend briefly parboiling the lasagna or using a sufficient amount of sauce so that it softens nicely and absorbs the sauce evenly during baking.
