A completely new and easy way to make an oat drink. Just add the MIMY oat base to water, stir, and voilà—your drink is ready. No planning ahead. No soaking oats. No leftover pulp. Exactly as much as you need. Just the way you like it. Want a creamier drink? Add more MIMY base. Want a sweeter drink? Add a date or another sweetener of your choice. Want to use it in baked goods or save some for later? Use less MIMY base. Make a couple of deciliters or a whole liter— as much as you need.

The base is made from a single ingredient—carefully selected oats. The oat drink has a slightly sweet taste, but only from naturally occurring sugars. It’s completely free of additives such as sugar, oils, emulsifiers, stabilizers, and flavorings.

MIMY oat drink is a better choice for both the environment and you. You’ll avoid the large quantities of Tetra Paks in which plant-based beverages are typically packaged. Furthermore, the base contains no oils, preservatives, emulsifiers, or flavor enhancers.

Instructions

Making an oat drink couldn''t be easier. Just add the right amount of oat base to water (cold or warm) and stir. A few stirs with a spoon are enough, but if you want a light foam, you can also use other tools (a whisk, a milk frother, or a blender).

For 1 liter of oat drink, mix 1 liter of water with 100 grams of oat base.Of course, you can adjust the amounts to suit your taste. If you want a creamier texture, add more oat base; if you’re using the drink for baking pastries or pancakes, you can use less oat base. If desired, you can enhance the drink with agave syrup, cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla, or any other spice or sweetener.
