Product Description

Organic corn grits are produced by grinding the kernels of organically grown corn and represent an intermediate form between whole kernels and corn flour. It is suitable for dietary meals because it is easy to digest. Corn grits are not heat-treated. As a standalone dish, it is best prepared in larger portions, while as a side dish for goulash and meat, it is best prepared in smaller portions. To serve it as a side dish, cook it, spread it out in a long, flat shape, chill it in the refrigerator, slice it, and fry it in oil or grill it. You can enhance the flavor of polenta by adding your favorite cheese while cooking.
