Mul''c Instant Hazelnut contains organic oat flakes, organic coconut sugar, organic roasted hazelnuts, and organic Criollo cocoa.

The type of carbohydrates found in oat flakes is considered extremely healthy because they are high in fiber and are therefore released into the bloodstream very slowly, which means they do not cause a rapid spike in blood sugar. Maintaining stable blood sugar levels, without extreme spikes or drops, is crucial for our health.

Coconut sugar contains far more nutrients than regular sugar, and its glycemic index is much lower. The most notable nutrients in coconut sugar are minerals: iron, zinc, calcium, and potassium, along with certain acids, polyphenols, and antioxidants, which also offer numerous health benefits.
