Fržek isa Slovenian brand that producesnatural, vegan, and zero-waste food products made from legumes. The name Fržek comes from the word for “bean,” and their cute logo is shaped like a little bean; that’s how they began their journey and created their first products—spreads.

Why legumes? Because they’re a good source of protein and fiber, and they’re also packed with vitamins and minerals. They lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol, have a low glycemic index, and have a beneficial effect on digestion. The hummus is made from Italian, organic chickpeas.
