Beets add a mild, sweet note and support vitality, and lychee gives the tea an exotic aroma. Fresh Morning is the ideal drink to start your day or to refresh yourself at any time throughout the day. It can be enjoyed hot or chilled as a refreshing iced tea.

Instructions

To prepare Fresh Morning tea, use about one teaspoon of the blend per cup (250 ml) of hot water at a temperature of about 75–80 °C. Pour the water over the tea and let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes, then strain. For a milder flavor, you can shorten the steeping time; for a more intense flavor, extend it slightly. The tea is also excellent served chilled—after brewing, let it cool and serve it over ice as a refreshing drink.
