CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE OIL (MCT coconut oil), CANNABIS SATIVA L. EXTRACT (industrial hemp extract).

10 ml of oil contains 10% / 1000 mg of CBD (cannabidiol) and is completely THC-free. A 10 ml bottle contains approximately 300 drops. One drop contains approximately 3.2 mg of CBD. THC-free.

Store the product in a dark, dry place at room temperature up to 25 °C.

Instructions

Spray CBD drops or spray under your tongue, hold for one minute, then swallow.

Finding the ideal dose:

Day 1: 1 drop or spray daily.

Day 3: 1 drop/spray in the morning and 1 in the evening.

Day 5: 1 drop/spray in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Gradually increase the amount until you achieve the desired effect. Increase the amount by one drop or spray every other day until your symptoms improve. There’s no need to increase the amount further, as the goal is to find the lowest dose that relieves your symptoms. Most adults with moderate symptoms find their ideal dose to be between 10 and 40 mg of CBD per day.
