BIO Functional Drink "Pink Dreams" is a plant-based powdered drink containing ashwagandha and roses. The drink contains no added sugar, as it is sweetened only with dried dates. It contains no ingredients of animal origin and is therefore suitable for vegans. Ayurvedic spices have been added to promote inner balance and well-being.

The added ashwagandha and rose have a positive effect on sleep quality, and we recommend drinking this beverage in the evening before bed.Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, has been part of the Ayurvedic tradition for over 3,000 years. It helps reduce fatigue, cope with daily stress, and improve concentration. It has a positive effect on well-being and fills us with energy. At the same time, it improves sleep and accelerates recovery.

A delicate rose has been added to help soothe and restore mental balance. It also promotes better sleep. It has a positive effect on women’s health and well-being throughout the menstrual cycle.

Instructions

Heat 250 ml of your choice of milk until it comes to a boil. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons (4–8 g) of the mixture with a little of the liquid to form a thick paste, to remove any lumps. Mix with the remaining liquid.

To prepare a cold drink, heat only ¼ of the liquid. Mix it with the mixture and add the remaining cold milk.

The package contains 130 g, which is enough for about 20 cups.
