Product Description

The drink contains no added sugar; it is sweetened only with dates. Ashwagandha and gotu kola, adaptogens that help the body combat stressors, have been added to it. As adaptogens, they help the body adapt to various situations and restore balance.

Lemon balm has long been used to improve mood; it is also used to alleviate mild sleep disturbances and enhance mental clarity.

Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, has been part of the Ayurvedic tradition for over 3,000 years. It helps reduce fatigue, cope with daily stress, and improve concentration. It has a positive effect on well-being and fills us with energy.

Gotu kola is an Asian plant that, like ashwagandha, has been used for thousands of years in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine. The plant extract improves memory, helps reduce inflammation, and alleviates feelings of anxiety.

Instructions

Heat 250 ml of your choice of milk until it comes to a boil. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons (4–8 g) of the mixture with a little of the liquid to form a thick paste, to remove any lumps. Mix with the remaining liquid.

To prepare a cold drink, heat only ¼ of the liquid. Mix with the blend and top off with cold milk.

The package contains 130 g, which is enough for about 20 cups.
