The drink is sweetened with dried dates, which give it a pleasant sweetness. Two adaptogenic plants— ashwagandha and maca—have been added to promote additional balance in the body .

Cocoa contains antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals and boosts the immune system. The Aztecs called cocoa “the blood of the heart” because it supports cardiovascular health. Due to their high value, cacao beans were used as a form of currency. They are particularly rich in iron and magnesium, which provide us with energy.

Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, has been part of the Ayurvedic tradition for over 3,000 years. It helps reduce fatigue, cope with daily stress, and improve concentration. It has a positive effect on well-being and fills us with energy. At the same time, it improves sleep and accelerates recovery. Ashwagandha positively affects GABA receptors in the brain, calming them so that we can enjoy high-quality, restful sleep.

Maca, also known as Peruvian ginseng, is an adaptogenic plant native to the Andes Mountains. Legend has it that Inca warriors boosted their strength by consuming ground maca. Instructions

Heat 250 ml of your choice of milk until it comes to a boil. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons (4–8 g) of the mixture with a little of the liquid to form a thick paste, to remove any lumps. Mix with the remaining liquid.

To prepare a cold drink, heat only ¼ of the liquid. Mix with the mixture and add the remaining cold milk.

The package contains 130 g, which is enough for about 20 cups.
