These soup noodles are made from 100% wheat semolina, water, and fresh eggs from Slovenia, cracked just before the dough is prepared. The noodles are dried at a low temperature so that the ingredients retain their nutritional value and the noodles retain their natural flavor. No stabilizers, preservatives, or artificial colors are added.

For generations, the Baškovč family has been lovingly crafting homemade soup noodles, soup dumplings, and similar products. They have preserved the old recipes and, by using the finest local ingredients, create exceptional flavors in their pasta and other products. In their bakery, they use top-quality, minimally processed ingredients free of artificial additives.

Add the noodles to boiling salted water (5 g of salt and 1 L of water). Let them simmer gently for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the noodles, rinse them with lukewarm water in a colander, and serve with hot broth.
