This homemade cherry jam is made from Vipava cherries and contains no added sugar. It has a pleasant sweet-and-sour aroma and is 100% fruit, so you can taste the fruit itself—not just the sugar. This jam contains agar-agar as a gelling agent and is therefore suitable for vegans. Prepared with love according to a traditional recipe, without artificial additives or preservatives, it preserves the authentic aroma of fresh fruit.
