HEMPSEED OIL (hemp seed oil), CANNABIS SATIVA L. EXTRACT (industrial hemp extract). 5 ml of resin contains 16% / 800 mg of CBD (cannabidiol).

Hemptouch hemp resin is packaged in a convenient screw-top dispenser. The dispenser allows you to precisely measure the amount of resin by turning it. One full turn (360°) dispenses 0.15 ml of hemp resin, or 24 mg of CBD. 1/15 of a turn (between two notches) dispenses 0.01 ml of resin, or 1.6 mg of CBD.

The THC content is less than 0.2%—in compliance with Slovenian and European legislation.

Instructions

Place the CBD resin under your tongue, hold it there for a minute, and then swallow.

Finding the ideal dose:

It is recommended to start with the lowest dose of 1/15 of a turn = 1.6 mg of CBD. Gradually increase the amount every two days until symptoms improve. There is no need to increase the dose further, as the goal is to find the lowest dose that alleviates your symptoms. Most adults with moderate symptoms find their ideal dose to be between 10 and 40 mg of CBD per day.
