These crackers are made from okara , also known as soy pulp or soy渣, which is a byproduct of the production of soy milk or soy products such as tofu or tempeh. Okara is a byproduct of the soy milk production process, which involves softening, grinding, and soaking soybeans in water.

Fržek is a brandof Slovenian, natural, vegan, and zero-waste food products. The principles it follows are “natural,” “local,” and “healthy,” as the brand knows that a good product can only be made with good ingredients.
